Police Misconduct

Police Misconduct

We look to the police to keep us safe. When we encounter an exception to this rule and deal with an abusive police officer, it is a scary experience. Police misconduct can take many forms, but generally occurs when a law enforcement officer uses unreasonable or excessive force with someone they have in custody. The injuries that can result from these encounters can be very serious and even fatal.

Other types of misconduct include where a police officer violates your Constitutional rights. This can include an error regarding your Miranda warning, being arrested without probable cause, or an illegal search and seizure.

If you have been a victim of police misconduct your state and federal Constitutional rights may have been violated. We are here to fight for you and ensure that your legal rights are protected at every stage of the legal process.
